Finds in Northern Massachusetts
Fri Apr 24, 2020 3:36 am
I am new to this. I find them on farmland that has been in the family for almost 150 years. I have quite a few... Any help with what they are? Thanks![You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I see som potential but not getting much from the pics. Try and take some individual pics of the best rocks from several angles and post them. Also from mass. Northeast area. Looking forward to seeing some more pictures

I do have quite a few at the moment. I am trying organize them a bit and trying to put the best of them together. Sooner or later I should have something that can be displayed for better view. I have to work between other projects. I work at a school that have gone to online classes. Keeps me busy!

A lot of times you can’t get good pics no matter how hard you try, although I do have a couple that look better in pics than in person.

Thanks Greg, and Blind Guy for the post. I see quite a few pieces of petrified wood among this assemblage, only one piece strikes me as a possible figure stone from the pictures (maybe two), its also hard to ascertain agency in these finds but yes they could make useful tools in some cases.
Top left bears the basic gorilla head glyph and top right has a few possibilities, but really not enough to go on.
