New object from İstanbul

If it's the hand tool I'm guessing, did I get it right in the photos?

This one does appear to be a hand tool and has an even patina that may suggest its entire shape creation happened in one time period, although i would like to see some blade sharpening flakes for conformation, this would also fit with a widely found motif, the elephant head and front leg. I think this one is a figure stone.
