Tools of man Empty Tools of man

Hey y’all! It is that crazy hippie chic rock lady from Georgia again! Found some tools but of course the are scorned as “not man made” by gurus! But take a look 👀 and see what y’all think! I also have a question about a black patina that almost feels like rough velvet! What is it? What can it indicate? Is this unique to my sites?
Thx Judy[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Certainly human agency in some of those Judy, and the stone on the right in second picture I'm sure I have some really good shape matches for.

Many of my finds from my assrmbledge show a black tar like pigment, it could be worth having some of yours tested, but it would be better if they had another close association between them, like they were all tools with the tar at the base, or the tar is applied in what looks like eye shapes. This would prove more useful and conclusive.
