Hi is this a rock or rock art?

Hi everyone! 

Is this a figure stone, and or portable rock art? 

I believe this is 

Obsidian and pumice.  

Does this type of rock break like this naturally in sharp edges and corners or is this chiseled?  The base seems to be a base.  

I reserve my rights to change my mind, 

Seems like a face with pointy nose? Interesting angles.  I have quiet a few similar.

I’m not getting much, hard to decipher that material, but I do suspect it to be one as it has such a perfect base as it seems a lot of this stuff does. I have some that balance in what seem to be impossibly top heavy poses, had to be part of the “game.” This leads you to questions as to what perfectly flat surfaces they were balancing these on, but I believe what my eyes tell me, can’t be a natural coincidence.

I think this one is ideal material for false positives.

Greglafla: yes the base is interesting. my son said looks like a trophy of some sort.

its just natives doing rock art of their life, death, feast... in my ppv.

some say the rocks would be home evasion detector, lol. ...maybe some rock art balance just right, positioned in a way that if one left and came back to the stone being knocked over, one would know another evaded or came near their home and in which direction...

further, maybe some rocks are art in atonement for food, in honor of a loved one, a story of life, possible burial stone - rock art laying to rest with it's face facing heaven etc...

kind of looks like a hand at the tip there, thumb and fore finger together, as in having apposable digits, essential for art and tool creation.
