This is an excellent video from Uncharted X, it's a sorry state of affairs when armatures provide more truth than so called 'experts'.

I think your effigy is a hognose snake. It has a similar motif to a few I have found in NB Canada. The eastern hognose snake looks and acts like a cobra however it's not poisonous.

Classic elephant and front leg figuration, as described and documented by myself as being a world wide paleo symbol, notice the pigment? spot near the end of the trunk? Could be an eye feature of a sauropod, as they are often combined.

I have just thought of a 3rd one, but I consider it more dinosaur than snake, but with figure stones in general it probably denotes both.
