This one appears to be manipulated by man but I see the tooth first! Not sure but the indicators that scream tooth is the occlusal surface and the bottom of the piece!
But first I believe it was carved.

The top (grinding surface on premolar) has a dip in and fissures bottom appears to have a hole for root and then outline of the 2 different materials in this find. Might not be what I think but that is what I see!
