This does look to be a figure stone, but I cannot be 100% on that because I'm not seeing verified content, I can see a couple of possible face profiles, the base line to start interpretation is in my key, the more you get to see, and the better examples the better you get at interpretation, sometimes finds are very specific towards various ape like faces, gorillas, chimps, but there are suspected others that appear often in genuine verified finds, like suspected Australopithecus's. I've even interpreted suspected hybrids, a human face with a very odd cranial profile.

This is where certain websites fall down, and even this forum, there is poison in that well, you have to be very critical of what you accept as a genuine find.
