Some, I would say most likely yes and some i just don't know. With the water warn finds it can be very difficult to ascertain human workmanship, how i get round this is by seeing repeating known figures (things we see often in these finds) With two or more known motifs, statistical it is highly likely to be a prehistoric art piece, but sometimes just one motif will do if it is detailed and exacting.
