It appears that the British Museum in general does not recognize portable rock art as valid artifacts.
I submitted a bunch of photos to them last year and they replied "sorry we don't deal with artifacts outside of the UK" but did not comment on my photos.
Try submitting to this site https://finds.org.uk/ It displays finds by average people. The site is however owned by the British Museum.
Here is a search with 37,000 results with the word flint https://finds.org.uk/database/search/results/q/flint/page/1 which show mostly Neolithic tools.
BTW I do like these ones of yours re above. Here is compilation with slight photo enhancements.

Here is a page I setup with 30 of some of your best portable rock art https://www.rockartmuseum.com/tigs38/
There is a good cross section of the types of motifs you have. The reason for this page is to give you an idea of what to show the doubters
The photos should always be sharp and cropped to accent the rocks themselves. Doubters will use out of focus photos as one excuse to dismiss them.

I see the classic water bird looking back, upside down in the pic above now, and the face more clearly, it almost looks like a different stone...

Yes the Japanese have these finds that they claim are natural, but some of them definitely are figure stones.... Im not sure what they call it, but there is also a Study done by a Japanese man and it was completely discredited . and they gave him the 'fools' version of the Nobel prize, Ive not red the study but I suspect those that discredited him are the fools....

Taking high quality photos, orientated and cropped properly is the key to presenting portable rock art. I have received thousands of photos of portable rock art. The majority are taken with smartphones and a high percentage are out of focus and or washed out. Unfortunately a lot of them I do not post because of the poor photo quality, even-though they maybe good examples of portable rock art. Naysayers use poor quality photos as an excuse to dismiss their validity. Sometimes less is more. Showing a few exceptional pieces gets a much better positive reaction than showing a lot of poor quality photos.
