So many faces

I found this amazing artifact in a small creek in Western Kentucky. It appears to be shaped from sand tempered clay. The faces and facial profiles are everywhere on it in all shapes and sizes but it is hard to get the lighting right to capture many of them with a camera. I found another one today that is very similar in size and form and appears to be made from the same material.
