Looks very much like petrified wood due to its grain like texture, so the reverse would of been worked, if worked, after petrification. The second one would make a wolf like face frontal if flipped, possible weak traces of pigment used for eyes?

A suspected drill from my site here in the U.K., just to demonstrate how not all flint working is as obvious as that demonstrated in Amy's finds above.
May contain figuration?, although I've not looked.
