Effigy Face from Central Texas

Hi, this stone face was found in a remote area of a public park. It is 9 inches by 5 1/2 inches. There are parallel tool marks in the lower mouth and eyes. The edges have been ground to shape the face.

Nice one, any idea what type stone that is?

Yes, it is limestone. It has been sitting on top of the ground and is weathered.

This is a second face that was found less than 50 yards from the first in this thread.
