Neolithic flint Arrow

I found this fabulous neolithic flint arrow over the weekend, depending on what book you read this could be between 4 and 10 thousand years old, the item is pressure flaked, and has some slight damage, the tip is missing and the tang has broken, these are very scarce finds in the UK compared to Native American Indian similar projectile points and often fetch up to £100 compared to the Saharan and American lithic implements of similar age that often sell for a few dollars.
What I find interesting here is the very very thin layer of patina upon the item, compared to my White Stone figurative artifact finds which can have millimetres of thickness of patina.
